Our financial and reputational goal is to obtain and maintain a Charity Navigator® 4-Star rating. To this end, we will work diligently and transparently to achieve our goal of 85% of our total program expenses spent on the programs, projects, initiatives and services we provide, and a 100% rating on accountability and transparency. In doing so we can assure our donors that their generosity and support is greatly appreciated, and that the bulk of the money they donate will be going to the causes they support. Juanis Kang D Lual who is the founder a young man who spent many years in disaspera both in the refugee camps in Ethiopia and the United States where he had have opportunities to be able to earn both Bachelor and Master Degrees and was honored for Honorary Doctor Degree as well. He is also a founder of a few social groups, organizations, and businesses so he has tremendous experience in business, leadership, and management. ASDA runs by young men and women who are educators and committed for change and improvement not just talking about the basic issues and problems that facing our people and across Africa, but address and solve them completely.
