Our Leadership

We have a diverse careers and work backgrounds team—these are Board of Directors, staff, team members, and Ambassadors/Volunteers. For example, our founder Juanis K. Lual has a tone of experience and expertise in which we can say he is an expert in management, leadership, and business acumen because he has many years working in both public and private sectors. He is a founder of a few NGOs and for-profit businesses.
We are young educated and dedicated team who are hungry and willing to fight for positive change and making a real impact on the lives of our people and beyond. ASDA (N)’s team is willing to recruit people from all walks of life and believe the inclusiveness and diversity as well.

Furthermore, we’re a new NGO and have talents, experiences, leadership, education, and have strong conviction that we believe and willing to fight for improving, changing and transforming the lives of our people, communities and beyond by solving and addressing issues, needs, basic necessities, and services that these marginalized communities are lacking in order to eradicate grinding poverty.
